Job summary
Radiance Technologies is seeking an experienced Model-Based Systems Engineer to support NASIC. You will develop authoritative MBSE models, using SysML to capture architectures and system behaviors while collaborating with engineers, software developers, and government customers in a DoD context.
Required are a Master’s degree or related certifications, 10+ years of experience, and active security clearance.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or related certifications (OCSMP, INCOSE CSEP, PMP)
- Strong SysML knowledge for modeling architectures and system behaviors
- Proficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools (Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, EA)
- Experience developing and maintaining models and datasets for complex systems
- Ability to analyze architecture data to solve complex problems and improve products
- Knowledge of DoDAF or UAF architecture frameworks
- Ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams
- Knowledge of SysML 2.0
- Strong written/verbal communication for technical documentation
- Active secret security clearance

- Apply MBSE methodologies to complex systems and systems of systems
- Use SysML and MBSE tools to model architectures and behaviors
