Radiance Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Model-Based Systems Engineer to support NASIC efforts. You will work with engineers and software developers to create authoritative MBSE models and datasets for complex systems.

The role emphasizes SysML modeling, architecture analysis, and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams. Required qualifications include a Master’s in Engineering or equivalent certifications, MBSE tool proficiency (Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, EA), and an active

Formación

Master’s Degree in Engineering or related certifications such as OCSMP, INCOSE CSEP, PMP.
Strong knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors.
Proficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools (Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, EA).
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems and systems of systems.
Ability to analyze architecture and engineering data to solve problems and improve products.
Experience with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) or UAF.
