Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer to support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) within the MASS organization.

The role focuses on developing authoritative engineering models using MBSE to advance defense capabilities. The candidate will collaborate with engineers and software developers to produce and maintain complex system models and associated artifacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related technical field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors
• Proficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect)
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems and systems of systems
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce and present technical documentation
• Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance
