Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer to support NASIC missions. You will collaborate with engineers and software developers to build authoritative MBSE models, architectures, and datasets for complex systems and systems of systems.

The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in systems engineering or aerospace, with 3+ years of experience and strong SysML skills. Proficiency with Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, and EA is required; DoD/IC architecture knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors.
• Proficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools (Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, EA).
• Experience developing models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop authoritative engineering models contributing to national defense.
• Collaborate with engineers and software developers to create integrated models.
• Produce and present technical documentation and artifacts.
