Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking an experienced Model-Based Systems Engineer to support NASIC, applying MBSE to develop authoritative engineering models, datasets, and architectures for complex systems.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, produce technical documentation, and help ensure solutions meet DoD frameworks such as DoDAF/UAF, while maintaining security clearances and delivering high-quality engineering artifacts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or related certifications (OCSMP, INCOSE CSEP, PMP)
• Strong knowledge of SysML for modeling architectures and system behaviors
• Proficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools (Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, EA)
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain models, artifacts, and integrated datasets for complex systems
• Ability to analyze architecture and engineering data to solve complex problems and improve products
• Experience with DoDAF, UAF, or other architecture frameworks
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team with government customers
• Knowledge of SysML 2.0
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Active secret security clearance is required

Responsibilities

• Develop authoritative engineering models that contribute to DoD and Intelligence Communities objectives
• Work with engineers and software developers to create and maintain models and integrated datasets
• Present technical documentation and artifacts to stakeholders
• Support NASIC-related projects with MBSE work products and analyses
• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment including external contractors and government customers
