Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and deploy IBM Maximo Application Suite solutions for asset sustainment environments. You will work with customers, maintainers, engineers, and planners to translate needs into system requirements and functional solutions, applying systems engineering across the lifecycle.

Emphasis on ACM, Maximo Aviation, and configured assets.

Qualifications

• Experience with IBM Maximo in a complex asset sustainment environment.
• Experience performing systems engineering, functional systems analysis, requirements engineering, or solution design for software-enabled systems.
• Strong ability to work directly with customers and subject-matter experts to elicit, analyze, document, and translate operational needs into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning and functional systems engineering for complex asset sustainment solutions.
• Lead customer discovery, requirements workshops, process reviews, and functional-design activities.
• Elicit, analyze, document, decompose, and manage customer and system requirements.
• Translate operational needs and business processes into functional, software, data, and interface requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and integration teams to develop implementable solutions.
