Job summary

Disney Experiences is seeking a Sr Systems Analyst in Anaheim, CA to provide on-site support, training, and development for the asset management system (Maximo). You will guide deployment across mobile and desktop, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior analysts while coordinating with the Worldwide Safety, Health, Engineering & Sourcing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project tasks for deployment of Maximo across mobile and desktop environments.
• Facilitate training for supported systems and share knowledge with users at all levels.
• Troubleshoot integrations and communicate outages and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Mentor team analysts and document solutions for future use.
• Provide after-hours on-call support as part of a rotation.
