Job summary

JoCo is seeking a Lead Maximo Support Analyst responsible for maintaining the Maximo platform, ensuring system stability and usability. The role involves troubleshooting, implementing improvements, and supporting business users.

The ideal candidate will oversee application performance, lead upgrades, collaborate on technical issues, and maintain documentation. A Bachelor’s degree and strong knowledge of Maximo MIF are required, along with experience in application development. Competitive compensation and a commitment to a diverse workplace await you.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Strong knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework and integrations.
Ability to develop BIRT and ad-hoc reports within Maximo.
Familiarity with relational databases including scripts, triggers, and stored procedures.
Experience in application development or programming languages.
Supporting COTS enterprise applications background.
Exposure to Maximo MAS 9.0 or integration platforms is a plus.
ITIL Foundation certification advantageous.
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%).

Responsibilities

Oversee the performance, availability, and health of the Maximo application environment.
Investigate service requests and incidents, diagnose root causes.
Lead internal initiatives for Maximo upgrades and enhancements.
Collaborate with business users to resolve technical issues.
Design and recommend reliable technical solutions.
Manage application backlogs and documentation.
Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment guides.
Assist with major incident response and long-term solutions.
Support integration and reporting development within Maximo.
