Job summary

Targa Resources is looking for a Lead Maximo Support Analyst to manage and support the Maximo application and ensure its performance. You'll troubleshoot issues, lead projects, and provide user training. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar domain and relevant Maximo experience are required.

This role demands technical expertise and regular interaction with users to enhance application usability and support. You will develop documentation, maintain standards, and assist in resolving incidents, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in supporting Maximo implementations.
• Proficient in Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) architecture.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of functional aspects of applications.
• Lead internal Maximo projects to completion.
• Work directly with users to identify and resolve issues.
