Job summary

Spire is seeking a Lead Developer for Internal Core Applications to own and advance Maximo-based solutions. The role focuses on analysis, design, and development to meet business needs and align with enterprise standards within a hybrid office environment.

Ideal candidates bring multiple years of Maximo, scripting, and leadership experience, with strong collaboration across teams and a focus on quality, performance, and documentation.

Qualifications

7+ years of Maximo Asset Management Development (V7.6.x or higher).
5+ years Maximo Automation Scripting (JavaScript, Jython, Python).
5+ years in a leadership role in technology delivery and business analysis.
Experience in Maximo upgrades or implementations.
Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
Experience building integrations with Web Services (REST/SOAP) and other systems.

Responsibilities

Supports, Maintains, develops and configures Maximo solutions.
Oversee code review and migration by other developers.
Partner with Architects to lead technical workshops with stakeholders.
Ensure execution of ITS solution strategy, standards and practices.
Collaborate across agile teams to align dependencies and impacts.
Develop and update technical documentation.
