Job summary

Spire is seeking a Lead Developer for Maximo within the Internal Core Applications group to drive analysis and design for technology solutions that meet business needs and align with enterprise governance. The role is based in St.

Louis and involves collaboration with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable Maximo-based enhancements. The candidate should bring extensive Maximo development experience, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering complex

Qualifications

7+ years of Maximo Asset Management development experience.
5+ years in a leadership role in technology delivery and business analysis.
Experience upgrades or implementations of Maximo preferred.
Experience with Maximo troubleshooting using logs and other methods.
Experience designing/building Maximo Java customizations.

Responsibilities

Supports, Maintains, develops and configures solutions for Maximo.
Responds to triage production issues and adheres to SLA.
Oversee code review and migration process by other developers.
Partner with Architects to lead technical workshops with PO/PMs and stakeholders.
Ensure execution of ITS solution strategy, standards, and practices.
Oversees standards of development and collaboration across agile teams.
Supports integration of Utility applications with Maximo modules and third-party apps.
Oversee QA involvement for unit/developer testing and quality.
Mentor and develop team members; contribute to PI objectives.
