Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Senior Maximo Application Engineer in Sacramento, CA to design, implement, and optimize IBM Maximo across OT and IT environments. You will configure, customize, and integrate Maximo modules, develop automation, and support users and stakeholders.

You will collaborate with IT Operations, GIS, Data Management, and client teams, lead MAS licensing activities, and mentor junior staff while adhering to Maximo best practices and ensuring minimal service disruption during patches

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications in utility, energy, industrial or infrastructure environments.
• US citizen or valid Green Card (Permanent Resident Card) required.
• Willing to work hybrid in Sacramento, California (Sacramento region).

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize IBM Maximo modules to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Maximo applications using scripting and integrations.
• Participate in Maximo patching and upgrade projects.
• Provide technical support for Maximo users, diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Manage and maintain Maximo data, including migrations and integrations.
• Proactively manage the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) license lifecycle.
• Develop and generate reports and ad hoc queries using Maximo reporting tools and SQL.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor IT staff on MAS support and best practices.
• Travel between two client locations as needed.
