Job summary

Fulfillment IQ is seeking an experienced MAWM Configuration Lead Consultant to drive configuration design, validation, and implementation for large WMS transformation programs across the United States. You will translate business requirements into scalable MAWM configurations and guide project teams through design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5–8 years in WMS consulting or warehouse technology transformation.
• Hands-on MAWM configuration experience with multiple full‑cycle implementations.
• Strong ability to lead workshops, translate requirements, and design scalable MAWM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAWM configuration workstreams across large implementations.
• Translate business requirements into MAWM configurations and future‑state processes.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and validate design.
• Configure MAWM using Configuration Director and related MAWM tools.
• Support SIT/UAT, deployments, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
