Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Manhattan Active Configuration Expert to configure, support, optimize, and enhance MAWM solutions. You will analyze current processes, collaborate with business users and technical teams, and drive configuration changes and validations.

This onsite role in Atlanta requires deep MAWM expertise and hands-on deployment participation. The ideal candidate brings extensive IT/SC experience, MAWM implementation history, and strong problem-solving abilities to deliver efficient

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of overall IT and supply chain systems experience.
• 4+ years with Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations and support.
• 2-3 years hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
• Strong expertise in MAWM configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and deployment.
• Proven ability to quickly understand existing solution designs, workflows, and configuration frameworks.
• Experience with Postman, REST APIs, and JSON for validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance MAWM solutions.
• Analyze current processes, system designs, and configurations.
• Collaborate with business users, WMS teams, integrations, and project stakeholders to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Recommend configuration solutions that align with requirements and best practices.
• Work with development teams on technical enhancements and integrations.
• Execute unit testing and validation after configuration changes.
• Support deployment activities, production rollouts, and go-live events.
• Communicate project status, issues, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
