JLL is seeking a Senior Material Coordinator at our Apex, NC site. This hands-on lead coordinates material management in a cGMP-regulated setting, guiding Material Coordinators and ensuring safe, compliant warehouse operations.

You will handle shipping, receiving, inventory, and cycle counting, while training staff and supporting daily tasks. The role requires SAP ERP experience, forklift operation, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BioWorks Certification or equivalent industry training.
• Minimum of 3 years in warehouse operations, material handling, inventory control, or logistics.
• Experience in regulated environments and following SOPs.
• Experience with SAP ERP and MS Office.
• Ability to coordinate work activities and guide peers.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and coordinate critical warehouse operations for shipping, receiving, storing, delivering, transferring, and cycle counting.
• Prioritize workload and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Record inventory transactions in SAP ERP and other systems.
• Lead and train Material Coordinators on processes and GMP requirements.
• Support onboarding and development of new employees.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and process issues.
• Provide operational leadership in the absence of the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP requirements.
