Job summary

JLL is seeking a dedicated Material Coordinator in Apex, NC to manage material flow and packaging support in a GMP-compliant warehouse environment. You will ensure accuracy in receipt, issuance, and inventory, while maintaining strict training and safety standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication with team members, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse and/or material/inventory handling.
• Ability to follow SOPs and learn industry documentation practices.
• Strong communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Follow cGMP and SOP requirements for processing tasks.
• Maintain training compliance for GMP, Secondary Packaging, Warehouse/Distribution, and Safety procedures.
• Identify and escalate potential risks during processes and shipments to ensure product supply to patients.
• Report quality events or deviations to area leads and QA.
• Assist investigations and support closure within required timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audits and provide data as required.
