JMJ PHILLIP is seeking an experienced Senior Materials Manager to lead materials management, inventory control, scheduling, logistics, and overall supply chain operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires collaboration with Purchasing, Operations, and Planning to meet customer demand, improve throughput, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field with 5+ years of materials management experience.
• Alternate: high school diploma with 10+ years direct materials/supply chain experience.
• Proven experience leading teams and improving KPIs like inventory accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve material planning, scheduling, and supplier releases.
• Oversee inventory control, ABC classification, and cycle counting to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, and Planning to align supply with demand.
• Manage logistics, warehousing, and KPI tracking for on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through PFEP and data-driven initiatives.
