Tierra, Inc, a Certerra company, seeks an experienced Project Manager for the Construction Materials Group in Winter Garden, FL. You will guide 40+ field technicians and 6 lab technicians to support projects across government, commercial, residential, and transportation sectors.

The role emphasizes client coordination, proposal support, site safety, invoicing accuracy, and cross-team collaboration with Certerra management to prioritize workloads and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS in Civil Engineering
• CEI experience preferred but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Support proposal generation and business development.
• Work with clients to ensure projects are meeting their goals and needs, then communicate necessary adjustments to managements, teams, and owners.
• Provide project and site management of geotechnical projects to ensure worksite and projects safety.
• Ensure accurate client invoicing and reporting.
• Maintain a positive working relationships with team members to interact with them on projects.
• Collaborate with Certerra management and other teams to prioritize projects, workloads and needs.
• Work within a team to resolve internal conflicts and avoid escalation of issues.
• Engage in appropriate professional development to enhance performance.
