Job summary

Tierra, a Certerra company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Construction Materials Group in Winter Garden, FL. You will lead 40+ field technicians and 6 lab technicians, coordinating geotechnical projects across Government, Commercial, Residential, and Transportation sectors.

The role emphasizes proposal support, client communication, safety, accurate invoicing, and collaboration with Certerra management to prioritize workloads.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering is required.
• CEI experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal generation and business development.
• Work with clients to ensure projects meet goals and communicate adjustments to management, teams, and owners.
• Provide project and site management of geotechnical projects to ensure safety on worksites and projects.
• Ensure accurate client invoicing and reporting.
• Maintain positive working relationships with team members across projects.
• Collaborate with Certerra management and other teams to prioritize projects and workloads.
• Work within a team to resolve internal conflicts and avoid escalation of issues.
• Engage in appropriate professional development to enhance performance.
