Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd in Sarasota, FL is hiring a Director Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain activities in an aircraft production environment. You will oversee procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, and material planning to ensure material availability and supplier performance.

The role requires 7+ years in aerospace/high-tech manufacturing, strong ERP/MRP expertise, and leadership across procurement, logistics, and warehousing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; APICS/CIPS preferred
• 7+ years in supply chain, aerospace or high-tech manufacturing
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP and end-to-end supply chain processes
• Leadership across procurement, logistics and warehousing
• Familiar with aviation regulations, export controls, and global supply chains
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sourcing strategies for aircraft components and services
• Manages supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and performance
• Ensures compliance with corporate procurement standards and aviation regulations
• Mitigates supply risks through dual sourcing and supplier development
• Oversees inbound/outbound logistics, international shipments, and customs compliance
• Manages warehouse operations, receiving, storage, and material flow
• Optimizes inventory accuracy, storage and material handling processes
• Ensures material availability in line with production schedules
• Balances inventory levels, lead times, and cost efficiency
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Production, Engineering and Quality
• Leads and develops the supply chain team and drives KPIs
• Ensures cross-functional alignment across the organization
