Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead supplier quality for polyurethane foams and CMP pad materials. You will drive process capability, QA documentation, and change management, while collaborating with R&D, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure reliable supply.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in polyurethane foam or CMP-related manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years in polyurethane foam/manufacturing or CMP-related industries.
• Experience in supplier quality engineering and quality systems.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (Minitab/JMP/SAS/Camline).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality activities for polyurethane foams used in CMP polishing pads.
• Drive supplier performance improvement including corrective actions and audits.
• Support change management and risk assessments for formulation/ material changes.
• Analyze quality issues and lead robust root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity.
