Entegris, Inc. in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking an onsite Senior Quality Engineer to mature the quality system for FOUP manufacturing. You will lead process-control strategies and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer requirements while supporting high-volume production ramp.

Responsibilities include developing PFMEAs, control plans, SPC monitoring, and rigorous problem-solving using RCA and 8D methods. Strong engineering background and hands-on floor support are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; 3 years with a master’s degree.
• Experience applying quality tools (PFMEA, control plans, SPC, MSA, GR&R, process capability, RCA, and corrective action).
• Ability to lead cross‑functional investigations and translate data into practical controls.
• Experience creating or improving procedures, work instructions, inspection methods, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature process-control strategies across manufacturing operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, inspection plans, and reaction plans.
• Establish and improve SPC monitoring for critical characteristics and drive preventive actions.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Process Engineering to define windows and strengthen standard work.
• Lead investigations using structured root-cause and corrective-action methods.
• Drive containment and effectiveness verification through 8D/5-Why/fishbone techniques.
• Support qualification and readiness activities for new equipment and process changes.
• Build and maintain quality procedures, inspection docs, and performance metrics.
• Conduct layered process audits and quality-system audits across operations.
• Communicate risks and improvement priorities to leadership and customers.
