Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Lead Material Fulfillment Coordinator to drive daily priorities, mentor staff, and optimize material flow using Oracle ERP. You’ll oversee stockroom operations, kitting, and on-time work order releases while supporting lean improvements across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing or logistics experience.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily priorities for the material fulfillment team and coordinate across shifts to meet SQDIP goals.
• Train, mentor and support other material handlers and stockroom staff.
• Use Oracle ERP to enter and manage material transactions and ensure timely work order releases.
• Oversee stockroom operations: kitting, release of kits to production, and backorder resolution.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Assist with shipping tasks and participate in lean/continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain safe, neat, and compliant workstations and follow safety policies.
