Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in the United States is seeking a Packaging Manager to support US and Mexico manufacturing, overseeing the NAR inbound materials packaging program through vendor management and cross-functional partnerships.

You will hold P&L responsibility for a multi-million dollar budget, lead network-wide projects to enforce packaging standards, and drive lean improvements and best-practice sharing across plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging or Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain concepts.
• Project management experience is an asset; P&L is a plus.
• Familiarity with packaging industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage returnable packaging flow with suppliers and plants.
• Lead packaging design projects and lean initiatives.
• PC Portal support and Whirlpack system enhancements.
• Lead the NAR Materials SAP/System core team across 14 plants.
