Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years of experience with Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or Engineering.
• 1+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly direct reports, including timekeeping and performance feedback.
• Supervision—coaching and developing team to drive results in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Escalation of potential risks to production to their people leader and senior management.
• Lead continuous improvement projects related to material management.
• Responsible for Inventory Accuracy, BOM Accuracy, Excess/Obsolescence Management, Master Data, and Central Team Support.
• Collaborate with our 3rd party logistics provider in day-to-day operations and project scopes for inbound/outbound freight reductions.
• Collaborate with production scheduling and material operations to troubleshoot issues.
• Developing and preparing reports and analysis for management/corporate.
