Job summary

Eaton’s IS AER FED division is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager for our Beltsville, MD facility. This role oversees facilities maintenance, capital projects, and contractor work to keep the plant safe, efficient, and compliant. The position requires a track record in manufacturing maintenance and people management.

Annual salary range is $112,000-$164,000, commensurate with skills and experience. Relocation is not offered; US-person status and export-control compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience working in a manufacturing facility with machine repair and general building maintenance.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience managing direct reports.
• U.S. person per export control requirements (citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylee).
• Within 50-mile radius of Beltsville, MD; no relocation offered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise day-to-day and long-term maintenance plans to ensure safety, product quality and operating conditions.
• Lead facilities capital improvement projects and plan moves/rearrangements of machinery.
• Plan and oversee costs, and supervise moves or rearrangements of equipment.
• Manage building maintenance and housekeeping to high standards.
• Develop methods to reduce operating costs and environmental impact.
