Job summary

Vertiv in Pelzer, SC is seeking a Planning Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing planning across Pelzer Operations. You will own the WON process, manage reporting, and ensure alignment between customer demand, production schedules, material availability, and factory execution.

You will translate backlog into executable daily and weekly plans, partner with Materials, Procurement, Production, and Engineering to resolve constraints, and drive KPI-driven planning excellence across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Strong collaboration across functions (Materials, Procurement, Production, Engineering).

Responsibilities

• Lead Pelzer Production Planning team and daily planning activities.
• Own the WON process: creation, release, maintenance, closure, governance.
• Develop and maintain WON reporting for visibility of open, released, completed, past-due and at-risk WONs.
