Job summary

The State Group is seeking a Materials Manager for a 15-month project in Hawesville, Kentucky. The role will oversee receipt, storage, and delivery of tools and materials for a large site with extensive personnel and a multi-hundred-million-dollar scope.

You will join the senior project team, assist with forecasting, ensure accurate inventory control, and support on-site fleet maintenance. Strong electrical material knowledge, Excel proficiency, and excellent organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction warehouse experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Proficiency with Excel and material platforms.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, inventory, and delivery of tools and materials for a large job site ($500M+ and 2,000+ employees).
• Function as a senior project team member and assist forecasting to meet timelines and customer expectations.
• Ensure proper inspection, storage, and tracking of inventory.
