Job summary

The State Group is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead a 12- to 15-month project in Hawesville, Kentucky, with a 6/10 schedule.

You will build electrical teams, coordinate with multiple trades, and manage cost estimates, schedules, and safety to deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction with supervisory or management experience.
• Experience leading electrical construction teams on large industrial projects over $50M.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Build electrical teams that drive project performance by monitoring progress against estimates and schedules.
• Lead site coordination with multiple trades and subcontractors to maintain schedule alignment and safety.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and contractors during pre- and post-tender phases.
• Review bid documents and customer specs to support detailed estimates for labor, materials, and costs.
• Support cost analyses and track project performance weekly.
• Support Change Management and track schedules and budgets.
• Ensure construction activities meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Develop high-performing teams through coaching and training of staff and subcontractors.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
