Qualifications

• 15+ years of safety experience
• 5+ years in direct supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance programs
• Experience leading safety functions for large construction mega projects

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the project leadership team and represent the company in meetings with customers and subcontractors.
• Implement safety programs and policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain a safety audit and inspection program to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee safety training for employees, subcontractors, and partners.
• Collaborate with senior site leadership to harmonize practices and protocols.
• Oversee investigations of accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop and manage performance of direct reports.
