The State Group is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead a 24-month project in Hawesville, Kentucky. You will build and supervise electrical teams, coordinate with trades, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery through all project phases.

Responsibilities include estimating labor and materials, managing costs weekly, and fostering strong client relationships while adhering to ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Competenze

• 10+ years of electrical construction with supervisory or management experience.

Mansioni

• Build electrical teams that drive project performance by monitoring progress against estimates and schedules.
• Lead site coordination with multiple trades and subcontractors to maintain schedule, quality, and safety.
• Develop strong business relationships with clients and contractors during pre- and post-tender phases.
• Review bid documents and customer specifications to support detailed estimates.
• Support cost analyses and weekly project performance reviews.
• Track schedules and budgets and assist Change Management.
• Ensure activities meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Coach and train staff and ensure subcontractor work meets contract scope.
