Job summary

Rwdy-Inc in Anchorage is seeking a Materials Coordinator V to manage Willow logistics materials, inventory, and data integrity from procurement through handover. You will work closely with field teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure material readiness and compliant processes.

This role requires SAP materials management experience, strong data quality skills, and the ability to track, report, and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials management or asset-intensive environments.
• Strong SAP materials management experience.
• Experience with contractor material tracking systems and SharePoint.
• Strong data-quality and analytical skills.
• 3+ years North Slope or remote logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently support day-to-day materials management activities for Willow operations and procurement.
• Track material requests, receipts, transfers, staging, and shortages to support timely availability.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, procurement, maintenance, and project teams to ensure material readiness.
• Verify material status before escalation or new procurement actions.
• Support movement, staging, and disposition of project and inventory materials per processes.
