This office-based role supports Willow logistics and operations with field trips as needed. The position requires 3+ years in materials management or related asset-intensive environments, with strong SAP experience and data-quality skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials management, logistics, warehousing, procurement, or related asset-intensive environments.
• Working knowledge of material tracking, receiving, staging, transfers, inventory control, surplus, backhaul, handover, and closeout processes.
• Strong SAP materials management or inventory experience including masters, locations, goods receipts, movements, and reporting.
• Experience with contractor material tracking systems, C2C, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, and reporting/dashboard tools preferred.
• Strong data-quality skills to identify discrepancies, reconcile records, and recommend actions.
• Ability to manage multiple items, track actions to closure, and communicate status clearly.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with supervisors, leads, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of inventory controls, audit readiness, and process compliance.
• Prepare clear reports, issue summaries, trackers, and stakeholder updates.
• 3+ years North Slope or remote logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently support day-to-day materials management activities for Willow operations, logistics, maintenance, commissioning, procurement, and project execution.
• Track material requests, receipts, transfers, staging, storage requirements, shortages, backhauls, surplus candidates, and open issues.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, procurement, maintenance, commissioning, construction, install contractor, and project teams.
• Verify available materials and field change needs before escalation or new procurement actions.
• Support movement, staging, return, surplus, and disposition of project and inventory materials.
