Job summary

Illumina in Hayward, CA is seeking a Material Coordinator 3 to support GMP-compliant warehousing, inventory, and shipping for temperature-sensitive products. You will pick, pack, label, and manage ERP-driven logistics with emphasis on safety and precise documentation.

You will collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams, applying 6S, cycle counts, and reporting. Required: 2–4 years in life sciences logistics, leadership and communication, and ERP/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a life sciences manufacturing environment with temperature sensitive products.
• Typically requires 2–4 years of related experience.
• Familiar with GMP and ISO regulated environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Pick materials using RF scanners in ambient, refrigerated and frozen storage.
• Pack materials per procedure using packing supplies and dry ice.
• Generate shipping labels via ERP and carrier software.
• Perform Area Line Clearance and document per Good Documentation Practice.
• Maintain 6S in work areas and assist with inventory tasks.
