Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• APICS CPIM certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in materials management in a Lean environment.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in standardizing planning & execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead materials management, planning strategy, inventory control and material flow for the site.
• Optimize scheduling, purchasing, inventory planning and supplier performance.
• Implement and sustain material standards including SIOP, PSI, cycle counting and related processes.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing and Quality Assurance to support strategic goals.
• Develop countermeasures for underperforming processes or suppliers and drive Lean initiatives.
