Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Materials & Inventory Control Manager in the United States (New York area) to optimize customer service and capacity planning. You will oversee materials scheduling, inventory control, and supplier coordination across internal and external partners, including API ingredients, excipients, and packaging.

The role drives continuous improvement in ERP/SAP processes, KPI tracking, and site-wide planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Production Planning.
• Knowledge of ERP/Planning processes and systems.
• Experience in manufacturing covering planning, procurement, warehousing and operations.
• Demonstrated capacity planning and run-rate analysis in shared work center environments.
• Experience with SAP and KPI delivery.
• Track record delivering production, customer service, financial and inventory goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a plan to ensure on-time materials and components availability and ship finished goods as required.
• Support launches and product transfers through planning and procurement of materials.
• Provide priorities across Supply Chain, Quality and other departments to hit service/financial goals.
• Evaluate SAP enhancements to maximize automated planning and scheduling.
• Oversee plant operations scheduling and capacity analysis.
• Maintain accuracy of Production and Inventory Control systems and routing files.
• Lead monthly Material Review Board meetings with operations, tech and quality leads.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve issues impeding flow or production; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate on strategic production plans to support customer orders and budgeting.
