Job summary

Fairweather is seeking a Materials Coordinator V to provide specialist-level materials management support for Willow logistics and operations by independently managing material tracking, inventory accuracy, SAP and C2C data alignment, and status reporting from procurement through closeout.

The role requires coordinating with logistics, warehouse, procurement, construction, and project teams to ensure material readiness, issue resolution, and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials management, logistics, warehousing, procurement, or related asset-intensive environments.
• Strong SAP materials management experience including material masters, storage locations, goods receipts, and reporting.
• Experience with contractor material tracking systems, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook and related reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Independently support day-to-day materials management activities for Willow operations, logistics, maintenance, commissioning, procurement, and project execution.
• Track material requests, receipts, transfers, staging, storage requirements, shortages, backhauls, surplus candidates, and open issues.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, procurement, maintenance, commissioning, construction, install contractor, and project teams to support material readiness, handover, and issue resolution.
• Verify available materials, field change needs, and material status before escalation or new procurement actions are initiated.
• Support the movement, staging, return, surplus, and disposition of project and inventory materials in alignment with Willow materials processes.
