The role collaborates with procurement, maintenance, and project teams to ensure timely material availability and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials management and logistics support for asset-intensive environments.
• Strong SAP materials management or inventory experience.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, Teams, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple items, track actions, and communicate status.
• 3+ years North Slope or remote logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently support day-to-day materials management for Willow operations and procurement.
• Track requests, receipts, transfers, staging, storage, shortages, surplus, and open issues.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, procurement, and project teams for material readiness and handover.
• Verify material availability and status before escalation or procurement actions.
• Maintain accurate records and support audits, controls, and documentation.
