West Coast Energy Systems in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Materials Supervisor to oversee all internal material flow from receiving through to production, including packing and shipping. You will drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and on-time delivery while optimizing labor use.

The role requires 4+ years of materials leadership, team development, and experience with Lean or Demand Flow principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4 years of materials leadership experience.
• 4 years of leading teams and organizing tasks.

Responsabilités

• Ensure timely material flow from receiving to production.
• Lead and develop material staff with coaching and certification.
• Manage warehousing operations including staging, cycle count, and storage.
• Oversee intra-plant deliveries and order picking for shipments.
