Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Specialist Material & Recipe Management to lead formulation and recipe management for our products, ensuring compliance, manufacturability, and alignment with business needs. You will develop recipes and manage lifecycle within SAP, focusing on complex recipes and I&R projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 4+ years in a regulated industry (food, pharma, supplements, infant formula, pet food, or related).
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, HACCP, QMS and 21 CFR requirements.
• Experience with SAP, formulation management systems and specification management systems.
• Background in product development or formulation support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Material and Recipe Management across projects and new-market rollouts.
• Drive compliance activities for new products and maintain specifications.
• Partner with Global MRM, Regulatory, QA and Operations to drive improvements.
• Train recipe specialists on MRM systems: Formul@1, SAP RM, CAT, DevEx.
• Lead recipe topic support for internal and external audits.
• Perform recipe reviews including mass balance of nutrients.
• Maintain robust raw material specs in SAP RM with qualification data.
• Create Site Recipes aligned with BOM and lead system implementations.
