Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Senior Specialist Material & Recipe Management to lead formulation and recipe management for Health Science products. You will develop recipes, manage lifecycles in SAP RM and Formul@1, and ensure compliance with regulatory label declarations.

You will collaborate with CTAG, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Factories, and Global MRM to drive improvements, standardize formulations, and harmonize ingredients across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• 4+ years of experience in a regulated industry (food, pharmaceuticals, supplements, infant formula, pet food, or related)
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, HACCP, QMS, and 21 CFR requirements
• Understanding of ingredient functionality, formulation development, and food manufacturing processes
• Experience with SAP, formulation management systems, specification management systems, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Material and Recipe Management activities across projects and new-market rollouts
• Drive compliance activities for new products
• Partner with Global MRM and other teams to drive continuous improvement projects
• Train and support new recipe specialists on MRM systems like Formul@1 and SAP RM
• Lead recipe topic support for internal and external audits
• Support Compliance by Design in formulation development and recipe validation
• Perform recipe review and mass balance of nutrients after trials
• Maintain robust raw material specifications in SAP RM with QA data
