Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Recipe Formulation Specialist to drive the product recipe lifecycle from brief to launch, ensuring compliant formulation and robust ingredient specifications. You’ll collaborate with operations, quality, regulatory, nutrition, and manufacturing teams across markets, leading recipe design and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Pharmacy, or related discipline. Masters’ degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience across recipe development and manufacturing environments.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and compliance across multiple markets.
• Strong hands-on experience in recipe formulation and management of nutritional or food products.
• Proficient in using digital tools to manage recipe data and statistical calculations.
• Experience with SAP-RM, DevEX, and CAT, with excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive the recipe lifecycle from brief to launch with compliant formulation.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, regulatory, and development teams across markets.
• Lead recipe design considering ingredients, shelf-life, and manufacturing constraints.
• Support decision-making with data-driven insights and risk assessments.
