Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Materials Program Manager (level 3) to own the execution of material schedule and budget for the Advanced Weapons Business Unit.

This role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive tangible outcomes in a fast-paced defense environment. You will partner with supply chain, finance, and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery, manage EACs, CAM, and cost variance while communicating with stakeholders and leading

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 10+ years in supply chain planning.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in supply chain planning.
• Master's degree with 4+ years in supply chain planning.
• Able to obtain US Government Secret clearance; US citizenship required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in material program management and defense programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong program and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage material schedule and budget for Advanced Weapons Business Unit.
• Present and represent Voyager Global Supply Chain in reviews and briefings.
• Lead data-driven strategies to solve supply chain problems.
• Identify risks and opportunities for the program.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with critical suppliers.
• Resolve material shortages and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain long-term program success while addressing short-term needs.
• Lead teams in dynamic, fast-paced development environments.
