Job summary

Voyager Technologies in California is seeking a seasoned Material Program Manager (level 5) to own the IMS/IMP/EVMS and oversee execution with propulsion subcontractors. The role requires strategic thinking, cross‑disciplinary collaboration, and the ability to drive both short‑term fixes and long‑term program success.

You will manage budgets, lead program reviews, and coordinate with customers and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business with 20+ years of PM/SCM experience.
• Secret clearance eligibility and US citizenship are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Generate, manage, and own IMS/IMP and EVMS.
• Manage program budgets and project-level P&L, EACs, CAM.
• Lead subcontractor programs through all phases and manage CDRLs.
• Serve as primary customer contact for material and subcontract information.
• Present program status to leadership and customers.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive mitigation plans.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with key suppliers and support proposals.
• Support follow-on business opportunities and government procurement processes.
