Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a seasoned Material Program Manager to own IMS/IMP and EVMS across multi‑phase defense programs. You will manage budgets, forecasts, and supplier relationships, driving program execution with subcontractors and presenting to leadership and customers.

Ideal candidates have extensive PM/SCM experience on DoD propulsion programs, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced development environment. Some travel within the U.S. may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business and 20+ years of PM/SCM experience.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Experience managing large subcontracts on prime defense programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office including Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate and own IMS/IMP and EVMS schedules and reporting.
• Manage project-level profit & loss, EACs, material forecasting, accruals, CAM.
• Lead program execution with key subcontractors across all phases.
• Present program status to customers and leadership.
• Identify risks and opportunities; communicate and mitigate them.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with critical suppliers.
