Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Material Program Manager (level 5) to lead the execution of material schedules and budgets for DoD propulsion programs. You will manage IMS/IMP, EVMS, and CDRLs while coordinating with suppliers, leadership, and customers to ensure timely delivery and program success.

The role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to work with minimal supervision, manage complex programs, and communicate effectively across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; 20+ years of program management and/or supply chain experience
• 5+ years managing DoD propulsion related programs
• Experience briefing executive management and customers on status, risks, and plans
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Project, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Generate, manage, and own Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP)
• Oversee EVMS and related program documentation
• Lead program execution with key subcontractors through all phases and milestones
• Serve as primary customer contact for material and subcontract program information
• Present program status and risks to leadership and customers
• Identify and implement data-driven supply chain solutions to mitigate shortages
• Escalate material shortages and drive resolution
• Coordinate and optimize delivery schedules with critical suppliers
