Siegfried in Irvine, CA seeks a Material Planner to optimize materials demand and ensure on-time production. You’ll collaborate with Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, QA, and Facilities to meet schedules and customer service targets.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in production scheduling in regulated manufacturing (cGMP/FDA/ISO), SAP or Oracle ERP experience, and strong Excel skills. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits offered.

Formación

• Self-starter, organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem solving, data analysis and computer systems skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in production scheduling in a regulated environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, finalizes, and communicates the material requirements plan for the site.
• Plans, prepares, and controls material availability to meet production requirements.
• Create Process Orders in our ERP System to support the materials plan.
• Ensures on time deliveries by follow up with brokers and freight forwarders.
• Schedules timely delivery of materials; evaluates supply and demand; establishes ROQs.
• Coordinates interdepartmental activities with QA, manufacturing, facilities and SCM.
• Follow department policies; support continuous quality improvement and safety.
• Maintain SCM KPIs and report site metrics to stakeholders.
