Job summary

CNH Industrial in Grand Island, Nebraska, seeks an experienced materials planning leader to manage material for assembly and welding to production in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee PFEP, JIT/JIS, kanban and related databases, drive continuous improvement of material movement, and foster strong collaboration between operations and planning to meet daily schedules and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Logistics, or technical field with 10+ years experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 15+ years logistics/supply chain experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the welding and assembly planners.
• Ensure line stocking supports daily production needs with Logistics.
• Manage PFEP, JIT/JIS, kitting, kanban and related databases.
• Focus on continuous improvement of material movement through production and distribution.
• Assist in problem resolution and maintain strong collaboration between operations and planning.
• Pursue plant cost reductions using Lean manufacturing methods.
• Other duties as assigned.
