Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Material Planning & SIOP Specialist in Ivyland, PA. The role focuses on developing and aligning material planning strategies, managing the MPS, and optimizing inventory turns to support factory revenue and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in supply chain and 5+ years in inventory/procurement, plus experience with ERP systems like JD Edwards and strong MS Office skills. Onsite position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory, procurement or equivalent operations roles.
• 1+ years of experience managing and updating large volumes of data related to Material Planning parameters.
• 1+ years of experience with JD Edwards or another ERP system.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and direct continual development of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure alignment with the SIOP plan.
• Develop reports and monitor KPIs to show shipment trends, forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover.
• Establish, maintain, and optimize material planning parameters to support delivery performance and inventory turns.
• Support new product launches by ensuring proper material planning is in place.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Product Management, and SIOP teams for alignment on forecasts and supply plans.
