Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Tennessee is seeking an experienced supply chain professional to lead the scheduling portion of materials and own the SIOP process from the manufacturing level. You will develop operating plans for finished goods, manage DOS targets, and drive availability while controlling costs.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize inventory, reconcile with the Factory Distribution Center, and champion data-driven, Lean/WCM improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations research, business, or related quantitative field.
• 6+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of supervising or leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Deliver achievable schedules to operations, monitor daily targets (Assy Yield, Actualization, Availability, Backorders, Operational plan tracking).
• Proactively manage short and long term planning horizons, to meet the needs of our trade partners and our suppliers signals within SAP.
• Manage and develop operational planning to apply to the SIOP for all finished good assembly lines, including line balancing and DOS control.
• AI & Systems Innovation: Champion digital manufacturing tools and AI-driven analytics to streamline scheduling and reduce downtime.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive World Class Manufacturing initiatives using data and automation to scale successes.
• Leadership & Culture: Foster teamwork, integrity, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
